Husband of Edna Dorothy (Wormell) Higgins and son of the late James Bernard and Marion Beatrice (Richardson) Higgins.Survived by his wife, 1 daughter, Judy(Dennis) Fahey, 2 sons, Douglas(Wanda) Higgins and Danny(Annette) Higgins, 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Joseph(Von) Higgins and Steve (Carol)Higgins , 1 sister, Aldena Morrisy , several nieces nephews and cousins. Predeceased by brothers, Leslie, Bernard, Donald and Richard Higgins and 1 grandson, Jeffrey Higgins.Resting at the S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 2 PM.
