Son of the late Preston and Mamie (Hatt) Holmes.Survived by one son, Roy Holmes of St. George, N.B., three daughters, Donna Holmes of St. George, N.B. , Heather Holmes of Bayside, N.B. and Doldena(John) Riley of Nashwaak Bridge, N.B., two precious grandchildren, Trista and Ethan Riley, two brothers, Kenneth(Emily)Holmes of St.Stephen, N.B., Howard(Rosemarie)Holmes, Petitcodiac, N.B.,one sister, Jean Elizabeth(George)Seamons of Texas, two brothers-in- law, George(Margaret)Greenlaw of Oak Bay, N.B., Bill(Marj) Greenlaw of Nova Scotia, one sister- in- law Lena(Frank) Brooks of Kittery, Maine, several nieces, nephews and adopted grandchildren.Resting at The S. O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 2 PM . Rev. Philip Anderson officiating. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 28, 2007 from 7-9PM and Sunday, April 29, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. Interment at St. Andrews Rural Cemetery, St. Andrews, N.B..In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family
