T. Bruce McKay
1961 - 2022
On Sunday, November 6, 2022, T. Bruce McKay, a beloved father, brother and son, passed away, after many health battles. Born to Reva Avery and Richard McKay in 1961, he spent most of his life growing up in St. Stephen, New Brunswick. In later years, he moved to Saint John, where he began a career of entrepreneurship.
Bruce was a very devoted Father, and Grandfather to his growing family. He is survived by his children, Brandis (Chris) Moran, Christina (Daniel) Bonney, and Micayla (Sam) McKay; eight grandchildren, Julia, Jack, Benjamin, Owen, Maria, Blaire, Leona and Sonny, his sister Holly (Jamie), brothers Richard (Sharon), Mike (Cecile) and Dennis (Jane), as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his Mother Reva and Father Richard, and Aunt Sandra Gowan.
Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1-2 PM.
Interment at St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, N.B.
