Shirley E. Stewart
1937 - 2026
With the love of her family surrounding her, St Stephen’s New Years baby of 1937, Shirley E. Stewart, quietly left us to be with her beloved Bertie on Sunday March 8, 2026, at Lincourt Manor St Stephen, New Brunswick.
She is the daughter of the late Kevin and Constance Colbert.
Shirley is survived by her children and grandchildren; Terry (Margot) and children, Jordan (Amy) and Nathan (Sara); Tim (Colleen) and daughter, Haley (Jeff); Sandi (Doug), their children, Paige (Stuart) and Nick; Donna (James) and children, Maggie and Holly; Chris (Angela) and children, Alex (Mariah), Katie and Laurent, five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her beloved husband, Bertie in 2005.
In keeping with her wishes, a private graveside service will be held in the spring 2026.
The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the staff of Lonicera Hall, for the care of mom, the last few years and especially to the staff of Lincourt Manor, for their exceptional care of mom and to us during her final days.
