MCCONKEY- At the Saint John Regional Hospital, August 9, 2007 ,Samuel (Sam) Reid McConkey of Ledge Loop Road, Dufferin, Charlotte County, N.B. Son of the late W. Arthur D. and Greta (Wilmot) McConkey of St. Stephen, N.B.Survived by his wife Barbara (Calder) McConkey, two sons Donald (Anne) of Tower Hill, N.B. and Dana (Gail) of Dufferin, Charlotte County, N.B. three grandchildren David, Paul and Michael, one Aunt, two cousins and nieces and nephews.There will be no visiting at the funeral home by request.Funeral service will be held from Christ Anglican Church, Prince William Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Tuesday August 14, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Peter Davids officiating. Interment will follow service in the St. Stephen, Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances to the Christ Anglican Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements in care of The S.O.
