SMITH- at Calais Regional Hospital, Calais,Maine, July 2, 2010 Ruth Allen Smith of Calais, ME. Daughter of the late Rev. Dr. Charles Smith and Lelia (Allen) Smith formerly of Rollingdam, NB. Survived by 2 sisters , Lelia Kaufmann of Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan , Naomi Lesko of Hampton, Virginia , 1 brother, Melvin Smith of Johnson City,Tenn.,several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at The New Life Christian Assembly, Rte 3 ,Old Ridge, NB on Friday July 9 ,2010 at 4 PM with Rev Doug McLean officiating. No visiting hours will be held by request. Interment at the Rollingdam Baptist Cemetery , Rollingdam NB In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Charlotte County SPCA , Rollingdam Baptist Cemetery or the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
