Peter J. Phillips

It is with great sadness the family of Peter J Phillips announce his sudden passing on Sunday January 8, 2023 at his home in Mayfield, NB after a lengthy illness.

Peter is survived by his loving wife Dawn (MacFarlane), one daughter, Carrie (Bill) of NFLD, son, Dylan (Jess) of Fredericton, NB, his beloved grandchildren, Dawsen, Braydee, and Kacey,  sisters, Kathy Phillips Wright and Karen Pa of Florida, several nieces and nephews, close friends, Tim Roberts, Jamie and Danny Little and many others close to him. 

Peter was a good friend to many and his family was everything to him.

He enjoyed anything with the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He grew up in McAdam but spent the last 28 years in St. Stephen where he and Dawn raised their beautiful family.

He was predeceased by his parents Ivan and Joan Phillips, sister Joy, brother Alan. 

Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12 NOON until service time.
