(Jellison) Hebert, of Crocker Hill, NB, son of the late Harry and Gertrude Hebert.To always read about those who fought their cancer courageously was difficult to understand until you met Mike. Even with failing health, he maintained an exceptional energy that was remarkable. A large number of people, as well as his numerous friends and his family, have been deeply touched by his strength and his will to embrace every moment of his life, but mostly by his love of life, his intensity and the generosity with which he lived on a daily basis. Mike was an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman and amateur farmer. He worked for almost 25 years in healthcare starting with Centracare in Saint John and then Charlotte County Hospital. Survived by his wife, Lisa, 1 son, Jordan, at home, brothers, Doug (Gerry), Saint John, NB, Peter (Maureen), Saint John, NB, Paul (Jeanette), Saint John, NB, Tony (Cathy), Moncton, NB, sisters, Bonnie Dirienzio (Nick), Woodstock, NB, Marylou Bartlett (Lee), Fredericton, NB, mother-in-law, Roberta Jellison, St. Stephen, NB, sister-in-law, Lori Johnson, St. Stephen, NB, several nieces and nephews. Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB from where Funeral Service will be held on Sunday May 25, 2008 at 2 PM. Interment at Oak Bay Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Charlotte County Hospital Palliative Care, Cancer Society or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
