Mary H. Cleghorn

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mom, Mary H. Cleghorn, wife of the late Alexander "D" Cleghorn on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B. with her daughter Judy by her bed side.

Born in Bayside, N.B., daughter of the late Seymour and Marjorie Richardson.

Mary is survived by her children, Alexander Cleghorn Jr. (Toni) of Powell River, B.C., Judy Cleghorn of Oak Bay, N.B., Allan Cleghorn (Wendy) of Bayside, N.B., Cindy Jordan (Les) of Lawrence Station, N.B., grandchildren, Brandi, Ashlee, Ronnie (Jaime), Sarah (Bryan), Kim, Loretta (Rick), Sheldon (Carrie), Anthony (Dean), Tiffany (Colin), Nicole (Lance), Katrina (Scott), great-grandchildren, Carter, Chase, Quinn, Shelby, Hillary, Roddy, Gracie, Lydia, Cali, Colby, James, Emma, Cole, Kinsley, Audrey and Leah, great great-granddaughter, Emberlynn, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mary was predeceased by her daughter, Trudy Cleghorn, brother, Hope and brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald, Dorothy, Allan and Creola.

In keeping with Mary’s wishes, there will be a private family celebration of her life held at a later date.
