At Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB, on January 4, 2012 Laura Adelaide Duncan of St. Andrews, NB. Wife of the late Freeland Penney Duncan.
She was born on April 22, 1918 in Chamcook, NB.,daughter of the late William and Mabel (Bell) Parker.
Survived by daughters, Janet (Sheldon) Munro of St. Andrews, NB, and Athalia Cruikshank of Aylesford, NS; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband, parents, son-in-law Carl Cruikshank, and sister Sadie Skidds.
Funeral service will be held at St. Andrews Baptist Church on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jason Hinsdale officiating. Visiting hours will be held at the St. Andrews Baptist Church on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Interment at St. Andrews Rural Cemetery, St. Andrews, NB.
