Joe born in Bath, New Brunswick, he is the foster-son of the late Douglas and Juanita Lloyd.
He worked most of his life in the St Stephen area. Joe was employed as a custodian with Dooly’s of St Stephen.
Joe was a kind, humble and hardworking man whose life was defined in helping others. No task was ever too small or beneath him and he was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. Whether he was mowing lawns, performing custodial work, fixing things, helping a neighbor or taking on any job that was asked of him, he approached every task with dedication, care and a positive attitude. He took pride in honest work and found joy in being helpful to others.
Known for his dependability and generous spirit, he was the person people could count on. He didn’t ever seek recognition or praise for his efforts; instead, he quietly went about making life easier for those around him. His kindness, strong work ethic and willingness to help left a lasting impression on family, friends, neighbours and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
