John Van Hyum
1951 - 2019
John Van Hyum passed away peacefully and surrounded by family at the Charlotte County Hospital on Friday, October 25, 2019.
Born in Holland, son of the late John and Dorothy Van Hyum.
Survived by his wife Mary Ann, one daughter Juanita Sturgeon, and one son, Owen Sturgeon (Tanya), three grandchildren; Tyler (Kayla), Brittney (Mason) and Colton, five great- grandchildren; Skyler, Wyatt, Memphis, Maddox and Waylon. Also survived by his special aunt Nienke scheening- Van hiijum from Holland and all his relatives in the Miramichi.
In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by his brother, Brian Van Hyum.
In keeping John’s wishes there will be no funeral service or visitation held.
