Jeffrey W. Haslam

Jeff Haslam, of Brockway, NB, passed away on September 18, 2026, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Jeff is survived by his adored wife of 25 years, Claudette, fondly known as Slim. His daughter Rachel (Jack), granddaughters Kendra and Serena, sisters Becky and Pye, brother-in-laws Dewey and Matt, treasured father-in-law Wayne MacLean (Beryl), mother-in-law Kathleen, sister-in-law Joslyn (Wayne), brother-in-law Troy (Roanne). As well as his beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and countless cherished friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Wayne H. and Sally (Edgecomb) Haslam, brother Timothy all of Eastbrook, Maine. Also predeceased by his cherished son, Avery in 2021.

A true dedication to the open road, Jeff spent his life building a proud legacy as a truck driver and owner-operator. Over the course of many years and an estimated four million miles on the road, he demonstrated an unwavering dedication to his trade. He lived a life defined by hard work and independence. In recent years, he shared his time and talents with MacKay’s and the Lawrence Station landfill, leaving behind a trail of lasting friendships and fond memories with everyone he met.

Jeff was known and loved by many. He loved a celebration and often was the life of the party.

A huge thank you everyone for their love and support, special thanks to all of Jeff's friends for the visits and treats and work around the property.

There will be a celebration of life at noon on Saturday, October 17th, at the Community Building in Eastbrook, Maine.
