Janice M. Libby

It is with heavy hearts that we the family of Janice M. Libby announce her passing on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Born in St Stephen, New Brunswick, Janice was the daughter of the late Phillip and Pauline (Russell) Gullison.

Janice spent her life loving her family endlessly. Through her working career as a waitress at several of St. Stephen’s most popular restaurants, notably Carmen’s Dinner and The Red Rooster, Janice knew everyone in town.

Janice is survived by her loving children, Ricky (Tammy), Gary (Rebecca), Teresa (Timmy), nine grandchildren, Maria Leavitt (Ronnie), Bobbie Jo Libby (Jeff), Amanda Trundle (Brad), Bradley Libby, Colby Libby, Tyler Belyea (Emily), Brandon Belyea (Jena), Kara Robertson (Cody), and nineteen very special great grandchildren. She is also survived by cherished siblings, Marilyn Lewis (Stan), Glennie Gullison (Joey), Brenda Smith (Wes), Russell Gullison (Pam), Mona Defazio and Keith Gullison (Pam).

In addition to her parents, Janice was predeceased by her special brothers Winslow, Perry, Dean, Roy, Roger, and her loving sister Rita and twin-sister Joyce.  Janice was also predeceased by her grandsons, Ricky Allen Libby and Corey Allen Libby, and her infant son, Raymond Libby.

Resting at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street St. Stephen, New Brunswick from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 13, 2025 at 2 PM.. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 Noon until service time.

Interment at Lynnfield Cemetery, Lynnfield, New Brunswick.
