He was a member of the Carleton York Regiment.Survived by his wife, 3 sons, Harry (Priscilla) of Rusagonish, NB, Berkeley (Sharon) of Fredericton, NB, Robert (Sue) of Kerrs Ridge, NB, 2 daughters, Sylvia Herron (Ed) of St. Stephen, NB and Brenda Scott Barnes (Brian) of Kerrs Ridge, NB, 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB from where funeral service will be held on Friday January 11, 2008 at 2 PM.Interment at Oak Bay Rural Cemetery.Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 PM.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
