HANNAN-Everett Alexander-The death of Everett Hannan, 85, of Oak Hill, NB, husband of Jean E. (Fraser) Hannan, occurred on Sunday April 17, 2005 at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB. Born in Pomeroy Ridge, NB, he was the son of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Folsom) Hannan. Everett was the last surviving member of his immediate family, having been predeceased by brothers Vernon, Fred, Francis, Emerson, sisters, Audrey and Jean.Besides his wife of 55 years, his is survived by 1 daughter, Sharon of Blackville, NB, sisters-in-law, Gertrude Hannan, Bessie Hannan, Elaine Hannan-Bacon and Alice Trafton, cousin, John MacMorran and nieces and nephews.Resting at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB from where funeral service will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2005 at 2 PM with Rev. Peter Atkinson officiating.Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Oak Hill, NB.Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday April 19, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Oak Hill United Church or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
