Elizabeth Evelyn Johnston

 At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B, on May 28, 2012, Elizabeth Evelyn Johnston of St. Stephen, N.B. passed away peacefully with family and caregivers by her side. Wife of the late Dr. Edmund Benedict Johnston and daughter of the late Benedict and Sarah (Robinson) MacKinnon.

Survived by her children, Michael (Karyn), Mary (Sydney), John (Anna), James (Dianne), Elizabeth (Paul), Rose (Muriel), Mark (Elizabeth), Dennis (Gretchen), Paul (Jeannine), Peter, Helen (Peter); daughter in law, Cathy, 26 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by her husband; son, Joseph Johnston; brothers, Clifford Joseph MacKinnon, Duncan MacKinnon, Daniel MacKinnon, Raymond MacKinnon, Clifford MacKinnon; sisters, Frances MacKinnon and Norah Roe.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Union Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Friday, June 01, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Visiting hours will be held at Evelyn's residence, 24 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B.on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

Interment will be held at the Milltown Roman Catholic Cemetery, Barter Settlement,N.B.

Following the interment, there will be a reception at the Holy Rosary Parish Centre, Rose Street, St. Stephen, N.B.
