Eline M. Daigle

It is with sadness the family of Eline M. Daigle announce her peaceful passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, N.B. on Friday, April 14, 2023.

Born in Jacquet River, N.B., daughter of the late Edward and Ethel Legacy.

Eline loved to sing and enjoyed being with all her family and friends performing at music jams at Stella Maris Hall in Blacks Harbour. She loved watching the performances as much as she also enjoyed singing herself.

She also loved to make beautiful travel memories with her son Adam, to places like Cuba, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

Eline is survived by her children, Jeffrey Daigle (Sue), Lorraine Daigle, Karen Daigle and Adam Daigle, grandchildren, Randal Daigle and Jessica Scott. five great- grandchildren, three brothers, two sisters, many nephews and nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Howard Daigle (2009) and her daughter Sheila Daigle (2020).

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Milltown Blvd., St. Stephen, N.B. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11 AM. There will be no visitation held.

Interment at Milltown Catholic Cemetery, Barter Settlement, N.B.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society, or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Condolences may be sent to the family online at mehanfuneralhome.ca
