Son of the late Chesley and Mabel (Davis) Getchell.Survived by his wife, Frances (Laming) Getchell and several nieces and nephews.Predeceased by two sisters and five brothers. Earlen enjoyed and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Resting at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd., (506-466-1844) 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. from where funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. Visiting at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Interment St. Stephen Rural Cemetery.In lieu of flowers remembrances, to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
