Husband of Myrna (MacIntosh) Pomeroy and son of the late Hazen and Dorothy Catherine (Gilman) Pomeroy.Survived by his wife, 4 sons; Mark(Ann) of PEI, Carl(Chris) of Halifax, NS, Joe(Carole) of Halifax, NS, Gerry of Alberta, 3 daughters; Bessie Cunningham(Gordon) of St. George, NB, Verlie Mailhiot(Guy) of Pennfield, NB, Bernadette Whelly(Kevin) of Toronto, ON, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Jessie Caldwell of St. Stephen, NB, Muriel Moore(Howard) of Fredericton, NB, several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be held from the Christ Anglican Church, Prince William St., St. Stephen, NB on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 2 PM. There will be no visitation by request. Interment at Oak Bay Cemetery, Oak Bay, NB. For those who wish donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
