WOODLAND (née PURCELL), Dorothy Bernice. Passed away quietly in the early hours of Thursday morning, August 2nd, 2007 after a brief battle with cancer. Now in the care of God, she joins her mother and father, Paul and Eunice Purcell of Milltown, NB, and her husband Harold Woodland of St. John`s, NF. Survived by her son, Stephen Woodland and his wife Leslie Guyatt of Ottawa, ON; three grand-daughters, Christine Guyatt-Woodland of Ottawa, ON, and Nancy McKeown-Woodland and Stephanie McKeown-Woodland of Peaceful Valley, CA; and many relatives and friends, including Ron, Patsy, Adam, Amy and Allison Theriault. Long-time member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Pythian Sisters. You were dearly loved and will be missed by so many. No visitation will be held by request.Memorial service will be held at S. O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB at 4 pm Saturday August 4th, 2007.
