Doris M. Marr

Doris P. Marr passed away peacefully at Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, N.B. on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the age of 105 years.

Born in England, daughter of the late Kenneth and Marmie (Gorman) Marr, Doris came to Canada when she was an infant.

Doris was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by one daughter, Mona McCullough of Bocabec, N.B. , one son, Gary (Alice) McCutcheon of Fredericton, N.B.,  many grandchildren, many more great-grandchildren, several great-great- grandchildren.

Doris was loved dearly by her "daughter", Nancy Erskine who was there whenever her "Mom" needed her.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her two sons, Danny McCutcheon and Thomas McCutcheon, one daughter, Wanda Whitlock, sister Alice Morehouse and brother Timothy Marr.

Her sense of humour and her sharp sometimes honest tongue will be missed by all who knew her and took care of her later in her long life.

Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Friday December 15, 2023 at 2 pm.  Family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time.
