Debra R. Curran

It is with deep sorrow the family announce the peaceful passing of Debra R. Curran on Sunday October 25, 2026, at the Charlotte County Hospital St Stephen, NB with her family by her side.

Born in 1955 in St Stephen, NB to the late William and Margaret Douglas.

Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and friends.

Debra loved crafting, music, painting and making mementos for everyone that needed them.

Debra is survived by her loving husband; James, children; Jim (Christine), Chrystal, Sara (Guy) and Tanya (Wade), grandchildren; Douglas (DJ), Shaun, Jason (Candy), Jade, Makayla (Tyler), Jan, Kate and Anna, great-grandchildren; Waylon, Aria and Alana, siblings; Gene (Karen), Sue (Gus), Karen, Karl (Jamie), Gerald (Carol), Freda (Gerry) and Royce (Linda), special niece and nephews; Joey, Christopher and Michelle, brother-in-law; Jake (Rhonda), sister-in-law; Maggie, special friend; Geraldine, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings; John, Diane, Linda and Nancy.

At Debra’s request there will be no funeral service.

A private interment will be held at the St Stephen Rural Cemetery St Stephen, NB, at a later date.
