At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B., May 16, 2004, David Earl Getchell of Ledge Road, Crocker Hill N.B. Son of the late Curtis and Mildred (Hooper) Getchell. Survived by his wife Pat, one daughter, Brenda Barter (Colin), one son, Darrell Getchell of St. Stephen, N.B., four grandchildren, Bill and Adam Barter, Michael and David Getchell, one brother, Chester Getchell and wife Elaine, one sister, Beatrice Getchell of St. Stephen, N.B., several nieces and nephews.Resting The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd. 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. from where funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 18,2004 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Peter Mills officiating. Interment St. Stephen Rural Cemetery. There will be a Masonic tribute service by Sussex Lodge # 7 F&AM at the funeral home on Monday evening at 7:00 P.M. May 17, 2004.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Shriners Hospital for Children would be appreciated by the family.
