Daniel “Danny” R. Bradford

It is with great sadness that the Bradford family announce the passing of our beloved Daniel R. Bradford on Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Danny was born in St. Stephen, N.B. in 1968 to Norman and Arlene (Bartlett) Bradford. He was the youngest of seven children.

He was a kind and loving father and papa, who enjoyed and lived his life to the fullest. He raised his sons in the Bradford homestead on the Oak Haven Road, Oak Bay, NB.

Danny was blessed with his precious grandchildren, whom he loved with all his heart and was proud to be called their “Papa”.

His generous heart and kind smile were some of his greatest qualities. Anyone that knew Danny said he always had a hug and smile for anyone he met.

Danny is survived by his sons; Nick Bradford and stepson Wayne Leavitt of St. Stephen, Danielle Fortin, mother of Nick & Wayne, siblings; Brian (Nancy) of Edmonton, AB, Bruce (Karen) of Oak Haven, NB, Bonnie (Mike) of Oak Bay, NB, Pamela (Doug) of Little Ridge, NB, his precious grandchildren; Shelby and James Bradford and Ava Leavitt; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his older brothers; Ronnie and Raymond, nephew-in-law; Marty Anderson and great-nephew; Noah Anderson.

Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 PM until service time.

Interment will be held at Oak Bay Rural Cemetery, Oak Bay N.B.
