In Loving Memory Of

Clayton Perrin

1932 - 2026

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Clayton Perrin at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, N.B. on October 25, 2026. Born in Tracy, N.B., he was the son of the late Clayton and Laura (Duplisea) Perrin.

In addition to his parents, Clayton was predeceased by his beloved wife, Ann (Walsh); his eldest son, Patrick; and nine brothers and sisters. He enters into eternal rest to be reunited with the love of his life and his firstborn son.

Throughout his life, he was a well-known fixture in the local business community, operating a car body shop, car mechanic garage, trailer sales, snowmobile sales, a car wash, and a gas station. In his later working years, he continued his passion for the automotive industry in used car sales.

Clayton was a faithful and active member of his community, serving through the Knights of Columbus, The Lions Club, and The Charlotte County Liberal Association. He was also a long-standing member of the NB Power 25 Year Club.

He is survived by his children, Clinton (Kathy) and Carole Carrier (Mike); his brother, Douglas; and his sister, Annette. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, Shawn (Liz), Michael (Cheyanne), Luke (Carlie), Lauren, Aaron Murphy, Joshua Murphy (Sarah), and Jeremy Murphy (Naomi); his great-grandchildren, Jake, Allison, Jarred, Ellie, Myla, Ava, Owen, Liam, Emmett, Hunter, Clara, and Dimitri; and his great-great-grandchildren, Brantley, Emery, Ellody, Bayleigh, Everleigh, Cameron, Rory, and Colson.

The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to Extra Mural, Kindred Home Care, and the medical staff of the Charlotte County Hospital for the exceptional care, love, and comfort provided to Clayton.

A graveside service will be held at the Milltown Catholic Cemetery, Barter Settlement, N.B., on Friday, October 30th at 1:00 PM.
