With heavy hearts, the family would like to announce the peaceful passing of our sister, Christina M. Moffitt at Wauklehegan Manor in McAdam, N.B. on Friday, June 14, 2024.
Christina was born the daughter of the late Aubrey and Barbara (Donovan) Moffitt.
She is survived by her siblings, Bob and Roxie Moffitt of Nackawic, N.B, Cindy and Fred Rosborough of Prince William, N.B, Melanie and Myles Johnston of Harvey N.B. Having lived in a unique close family, Christina is also survived by Shelley Moffitt and Ron, Kim and Brenda Moffitt all of McAdam, N.B, special nieces, nephews along with great nieces and nephews. Her last surviving Aunt, Frances Broomhall and Bucky of Bennington, Vermont and several special cousins. Her extended family, the staff and residents of Wauklehegan Manor.
Our sister had amazing care over the 22 years while residing at the Wauklehegan Manor. Christina had formed special relationships over those years. Her family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude. What a "top-notch" facility to have located in her hometown, McAdam, N.B.
Christina’s passing will leave a huge void in all our hearts. It gives us peace knowing she’s with her Mommy and Daddy.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her grandparents, Violet and Harry Donovan, Russell and Amy Moffitt, Grampy McCulley and Aunt Gertrude, Aunt Elinor and Uncle Fred, Uncle Ralph and Aunt Jo, Aunt Phyl and Uncle Floyd, Aunt Clarice and Uncle Manley, great nephew Abel Moffitt, cousins Lenny Grant and Teddy Grant.
Resting at Rockland Drive United Baptist Church McAdam N.B. with visiting hours to be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 2 to 4pm. Graveside service will be on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Rockland Cemetery, McAdam, N.B. at 2 pm, officiating by a family friend, Reverend Joe Page.
