WHITTIER - at Lincourt Manor , St Stephen NB , July 26 , 2010 Chester Godfrey Whittier , formerly of Elm Street St Stephen NB.
Born in Rollingdam NB , January 22 , 1916. Son of the late George and Annie (Noddin) Whittier.
Survived by his wife of 72 years , Doris Irene (McCrum) Whittier , daughter Joyce (Jerome) Connick of Pomeroy Ridge NB , 5 grandchildren , 6 great grandchildren , 2 great-great grandchildren , nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by daughter Janice , 2 half brothers Joe and Marvin Noddin. Chester was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
There will be a graveside service at the Rollingdam United Church , Rollingdam NB July 28 , 2010 at 2 PM. No visitation by request.
