BOYDBURNABY, BC … Bryan R. Boyd, died March 26, 2008, after a short illness.Born September 19, 1955 in Moncton, NB, son of Garnet A. Boyd (deceased) and Diana Boyd, he grew up in St. Stephen, NB, graduating from St. Stephen High School in 1974. He lived most of his working life in Vancouver, BC. A strong love of cooking led him to become a chef in several Vancouver restaurants before starting his own catering business, Untouchable Caterers. The firm provided on-site catering services to movie productions and television series, often travelling with film crews to remote parts of British Columbia. Most recently, he was the inspiration behind Natural Celebrities, a series of cooking sauces involving Canadian celebrities with proceeds shared with their selected charities. He is survived by his mother Diana Boyd of St. Stephen, NB, sister Lorraine Eden Hermann of College Station, Texas, brother David Boyd of Oakville, Ontario, and niece Jessica Eden-Lanthier of Ottawa, Ontario. A Graveside Service will be held at the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 2 pm.
