Betty J. Williams

Betty J. Williams passed away at Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, NB. on Friday, February 18, 2022.

Born in Brockway, NB., daughter of the late Glenna (Vail) Hannington and stepdaughter of the late Fleetwood Hannington.

Survived by her daughters: Debbie Hanley, Angela Haley (Dale), Melinda Williams (Mike Campbell) and Jill Williams (Andy Richard), grandchildren: Lee, Delta, Stephanie, Adam, Anne, Amy, Kate and Jaret, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, one sister, Carole Worthley and one brother, John Hannington, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother and stepfather, she was predeceased by her husband, Frank, daughter, Barbara, sons, Dwaine and Jeff, grandson, Glenn, granddaughter, Marelynn, brothers, Richard, Robert and Gary.

At Betty’s request, there will be no funeral service held. The family will receive friends at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St Stephen, NB. on Thursday, February 24, 2022  from 2-4 PM.

Please be advised, that due to mandatory regulations imposed by the New Brunswick government, everyone 12 years of age and older, must show proof of vaccination or medical exemption certificate and government issued ID to attend the funeral service or visitation. Face masks must be worn at all times while in the building and physical distancing must be practised.
