Mowatt- At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB, March 19, 2010, Arthur John Mowatt of Rte 170, Oak Bay, NB. Son of the late John H and Lucy (Cathcart)Mowatt.Survived by several distant cousins and companion, Debra Stewart.Arthur was well liked by all who knew him. He was employed in his lifetime at Ganong Brothers Ltd., Maritime Paving Company, NB Power and Devlin Construction. Arthur also drove the Anglican minister from Oak Bay for 23 years.There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. There will be a graveside committal service held at the St. Stephen, Rural Cemetery at a later date.Arrangements in care of The S. O.
