Terry L. Matheson

Terry L Matheson passed away on Tuesday February 3, 2026 at the Charlotte County Hospital, St Stephen, N.B.  after a courageous battle with cancer with her family by her side.

Born in St. Stephen, N.B., Terry was the daughter of the late George and Sylvia (Erskine) Matheson.

She is survived by her common law husband, Rock Fairweather, children, Tanya Noddin (Jeremy) and  Doug Johnson (Shanna),  brother, Donnie Matheson (Debbie), sisters; Debbie Gardner (Reggie), Linda Matheson, Lorrie Newman (John) and Norma Essency (Jeff), grandchildren; Courtney Noddin (Zach), Josh, Taylor (Jeremy), Ashton, Dakota and Brooklynn, great-grandchildren, Carter and Lainey. She is also survived by sisters- in- law,  Brenda Fairweather and Kelly Cunningham (Bruce), aunts; Nancy Richard (Allan), Darlene Leavitt, Marilyn James and uncle, Wayne Erskine (Pattianne), nieces; Tina, Kim, Brittany (Cameron), Ciera (Branden) and Cheyanne, nephews; Brian (Nicole), Sheldon (Katie), Brandon, Kyle (Amanda), Cody (Hollyanne), Keaton (Shyla), Michael and Chris, several great nieces and nephews, cousins

In addition to her parents, Terry was predeceased by her son, Ronnie Johnson, sister, Bonnie, mother and father-in-law, Joyce and Walter Fairweather, as well as several aunts and uncles, great nephew, Liam.

Terry loved her family with her whole heart and made sure they all knew it.

Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St Stephen, N.B. on Saturday February 7, 2026 at 2 PM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12- 2 PM.
