Carl E. Roberts

It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing  of Carl E. Roberts on Thursday, December 30, 2022 at Wauklehegan Manor in McAdam.

Born in Yarmouth NS, son of the late Arnold and Mildred Roberts, Carl was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn, son, Finlay, siblings,  Malcolm and Hazel, daughter-in-law, Alma.

He is survived by his sons, Dennis (Margaret) Roberts, Bruce (Terri) Roberts, Jeffrey Roberts and Aaron (Jo) Roberts, daughter, Rebecca, daughter-in-law Deanna (Finlay), grandchildren, Megan, Sheila, Kaitlyn, Jesse, Heather, Josh, Chrystal, Lydia and Paige and great-grandchildren, Liam and Jack.

Carl was a past president of the McAdam Legion, a retired brakeman from CP rail and a devout member of the Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends at the Rockland Drive United Baptist Church, McAdam on Saturday, January  7, 2023  at  from 1-3 PM. Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 7 McAdam will conduct a tribute service at 3 PM. immediately followed by the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice as Carl donated to many different ones during his lifetime. Condolences may be sent to the family online at mehanfuneralhome.ca
