It is with broken hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of our Mother and Grandmother Darla J. Hartford.
Darla was the youngest daughter of the late Jean (Doten) and Douglas Hartford.
In addition to her parents, Darla was predeceased by her brother Phil Hartford, brother-in-law George Amos and her partner Gary Colford.
She is survived by the ‘Loves of Her Life’ daughter Angela Seamans, son Andrew (Karen) Seamans, and grandchildren: Zach (Mikayla) and Kassidy Adams, Joshua, & Gabrielle (Josh) Seamans, sister, Brenda Amos, sister-in-law, Joanne Hartford and the father of her children Brian Seamans, nieces and nephews: Kristopher (Sarah), Jana (Sean), Shelley (Nick), Meagan (Justin), Doug (Emily), Alicia (Tom),great nieces and nephews: Abigail, Olivia, Avery, Kaden, Seth, Jenna, Nate, Jack, Reagan, Rylee, Roslyn, Owen and Ellis.
Darla also leaves to mourn, that ‘Special Someone responsible for the Sunshine and Happiness’ in her life Larry Nelson.
She also leaves behind beloved furry canine friend Miyagi.
Funeral service will be held at The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB.on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 2 PM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.

Please be advised, that due to mandatory regulations imposed by the New Brunswick government, everyone 12 years of age and older, must show proof of vaccination or medical exemption certificate and government issued ID to attend the funeral service or visitation. Face masks must be worn at all times while in the building and physical distancing must be practised.
