McGLINCHEY - At The Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB, on December 6, 2011, Arnold Alonzo McGlinchey of Pomeroy Ridge, NB. Husband of the late Mildred Serena (McLaughlin) McGlinchey, and son of the late Alonzo and Vivian (Thornton) McGlinchey.
Survived by son, Donald McGlinchey of Pomeroy Ridge, NB; daughter, Elva Hatt (Richard) of St. Stephen, NB; grandchildren, Michael Hatt and Kelly Hatt of St. Stephen, NB; sister, Leona McGlinchey of Pomeroy Ridge, NB; brother, Franklin McGlinchey (Vera) of Ledge Road, NB; several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife Mildred; six brothers, Charles, Byron, Briar, Jude, Roland and Albert; four sisters, Agnes McGlinchey, Almeda Johnson, Viola Leeman and Edna Matheson.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Scotch Ridge United Church, Scotch Ridge, NB.
There will be no visitation, by request. Interment at Pomeroy Ridge Cemetery, Pomeroy Ridge, NB.
