GRIFFITHS- At the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB April 30, 2010, Gary Elmer Griffiths of Chamcook, NB. Husband of Janet (Mott) Griffiths and son of the late Gardner Elmer and Mae Georgina (Cleghorn) Griffiths. Gary was a member of The New Brunswick Regional Council of Carpenters, Millwrights and Allied Workers and was Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certified. He was also a member of the Royal Canadian Legion #7, McAdam, NB.Survived by his wife, 1 son Robert(Dan) of Caledonia, ON, 2 daughters, Cathy(Theresa) of Hamilton, ON and Julie McNeil(Matt) of Lincoln, NB,1 step son, Chris McIntosh(Mary) of McAdam, NB, 1 step daughter, Karen McIntosh(Jim) of Saint John, NB, 1 grandson, Benjamin Gary McNeil, step grandchildren, Zac McIntyre(Amber), Bryanna McIntyre(Liam) and Jessica McIntosh(Tim), great grandchildren, Destiny, Jonathan and Shannon, 2 sisters, Maxine McGowan(John) of Hamilton, ON, Sherry Stevenson(Earl) of Virginia, USA, 1 brother, Carl Griffiths(Pauline) of McAdam, NB, 2 aunts, Pauline Golding of McAdam, NB and Stella Scott of Harvey, NB, several nieces and nephews, 2 special friends, David and Fonda French.Funeral service will be held from St. John Chapel of Ease, Chamcook, NB on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 2 PM. Visiting hours will be held at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB on Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 7-9 PM and Monday, May 3, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Interment at St John Chapel of Ease Cemetery, Chamcook, NB. For those who wish donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
