Daughter of the late Dorothy (Bennett) Thurber and stepfather, the late Hazen Thurber.Survived by her husband, 1 daughter DeeDee, grandson, Tyler, brothers and sisters, Veletia (Bill), Donna, Marty, Choc (Beth), Leona (Alan) Sandy (Brian), Wayne, several nieces and nephews.Predeceased by 1 brother, Gary.Funeral service will be held at the Wesley United Church, 77 William Street, St. Andrews, NB, on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 2 PM.Interment at St. Andrews Rural Cemetery.Visiting hours will be held at the Wesley United Church on Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 PM.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.Arrangements in care of The S.O.
