Godsoe- At his residence, St. Stephen, N.B., Saturday, August 2, 2003, Eursal Washington Godsoe passed away unexpectedly. He was the eldest son of the late Washington Albert and Mary Alberta (Campbell) Godsoe. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Blanche (Jamieson) Godsoe, and by his children, Linda (Al) Wood, Barry Godsoe, Gail (Dana) McConkey, one extra special grand daughter, Susie Wood, all of St.Stephen, N.B., two brothers, Brian (Jean) of Dartmouth, N.S., Burton (Bud) (Carman) of St. Stephen, N.B., several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by three brothers, George, Harold and Murray and two sisters, Iona and Vivian. Resting at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd. 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. (506-466-1844) from where funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 5, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Dr. Garth Williams officiating. Interment St. Stephen Rural Cemetery.Visiting hours at the funeral home on Monday August 4, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
