It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Surrounded by his family at the Saint John Regional hospital, Saint John, NB. May 11, 2019. Reverend Eulayce S. McKeen of St. Stephen, NB. Born April 12, 1940 at Kingsclear, NB. Son of the late Turney and Mable (Stadig) McKeen.

Survived by his wife Diana R. (Stewart) (Riley) McKeen, daughters Melody Moffford (Roy) of New Maryland, NB., Merridy Pelkey of Perth Andover, NB. and Carol Joy McKeen of St. Stephen, NB. grandchildren Cameron Pelkey, Matthew Pelkey (Marie), Jayanna Kleine - Deters (Joshua) and Brandon Mofford. Two sisters Luella Griffin (Wesley) of Cape Cod, Mass. and Sandra Micelotta of Englewood, Fla.

Predeceased by his wife Doreen (Johnston) McKeen of 49 years in 2012 mother of “his Girls”, son-in-law Tom Pelkey and brother-in-law Joseph Micelotta.

Rev. Eulayce McKeen was a faithful pastor for 60 years at several different churches. He went on several mission trips worldwide during those years. Rev. McKeen enjoyed being on many local and provincial pastoral boards and was a proud Graduate and teacher of UPBI now known as Northeast Christian College of which he was a great supporter and mentor to so many young pastors. He lived in St. Stephen for the past 32 years and during that time he pastored Old Ridge United Pentecostal Church from 1987 to 2003. After retirement he enjoyed spending time wintering in Florida and vacationing with his loving family.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday May 15, 2019 at 1 PM from the Old Ridge United Pentecostal Church, 8962 Rt3 Old Ridge, NB. Visiting hours will be held at the church Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8PM.

Interment at Kingsclear United Baptist Cemetery, Kingsclear, NB.
